Confessions of a Sicilian foodie.

Confessions of a Sicilian foodie is simply my musings on family, food, and fun. I love to cook and feed people and share good things, whether it be a recipe, a technique, a restaurant, a drink, a great movie, etc. This blog is simply things I enjoy, and will not be controversial in any way, if I can help it (ie. religion, politics, etc). I hope you enjoy and better yet, maybe get something out of it. Buon Appetito!

About Me

My photo
Joel DiGloria
Hello, for those of you that don't know me, my name is Joel DiGloria. I wanted to start blogging about what's important to me, family, food, and fun (usually in that order). The name of the blog is almost a misnomer as most Italians are foodies (at least the ones I have met). I have a beautiful wife Sarah, and two awesome kids, Valerie, 15, and Anthony, 12. I'm a realtor, a part-time stay at home parent, and an internationally licensed chaplain with the IFOC (International Fellowship of Chaplains). I volunteer once a week in the Neonatal ICU, I'm on domestic duty, and I cook. I love to feed people and discuss recipes and share good things I have found, hence the blog. I am looking into hosting some cooking classes as I've been asked by too many people to ignore it anymore. I look forward to foodie discussions, recipe swaps, and lots of pics. Hope you enjoy.
